  In my upgrades I purchased already the mapping twice it tells me to change the DNS to the format it gives me but I cannot do it. It says to contact support to renew my product. Please help!!!!

  The domain biteteasemiami.com expired on June 28 and is pending a return to the public market. As we have no control over how soon our registrar partner can do this, I can’t say exactly when it will happen, but I recommend trying about twice a week by adding the domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  I have issued a refund for the charges you placed.
