  We need to renew our domain membership. How do we do that?

  Hi there,

  While the site, bramlettshoals.wordpress.com, is owned by your account, it appears that the domain, bramlettshoals.com, was registered using a different account. You will need to log in as that account or ask the owner of that account to renew the domain from the Purchases page:
  https://wordpress.com/purchases/
