  Renew our membership and it’s not letting me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, how are you?

  If the owner of your domain is another user, he need to renew, you’re not able to do this.
  Do you see this domain on your purchases for renew?

  Hi there,

  It looks like your domain, foresight2020.org, was registered using another WordPress.com username.

  You will need to log in as that user in order to renew the domain.

  Please let me know if you need any more help with this.

  The person authorized to renew can not log in. She has re-set her password numerous times. It still doesn’t let her log in. Not sure what else to do in order to renew our subscription.

  Please ask the account owner to submit the account recovery form. If she’s able to provide a transaction ID from a previous renewal that will verify her account ownership and we can help her gain access. That ID appears on the receipts we email, and can also be obtained from PayPal directly.
