  The domain, reviewteleteria.com, was registered with us yesterday for the first time, but from what I can see it’s working.

  Can you please explain exactly what you need help with?

  the site i need help with is https://review.teleteria.com/

  i need access to edit and the ability to renew it. i cant find any records on it so i am stuck.

  The domain mapping upgrade connecting review.teleteria.com to WordPress.com is working fine for me and I can see your WordPress.com site when I type that into my browser.

  That domain mapping upgrade expires on 7 September, but you need to be logged in as the username that owns it, teletreviews, in order to renew it. The account you’re using to post here does not own that upgrade and isn’t even a user on that site, so you won’t be able to renew it using this account.

  I understand. My problem is I dont remember the log in for it and need to gain access to it to renew it and edit it?

  What are my options please?

  If you don’t remember your password for that username, you can try the options outlined here to reset the password, and failing that, submit an account recovery request:
