  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

  You can manage all of your WordPress.com purchases by navigating to the Me section of WordPress.com and then choosing the option to Manage Purchases from the sidebar. Manage Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

  Hi there,

  That domain expired in June already, and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It should still be possible to get it back, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain once it enters redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get that process started.
