My bank changed the credit card I used for the automatic renewal. I’ve entered the new card info in my profile but I not sure how to renew the account.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

Are you trying to renew watchhospitalhouston.com? If so, that domain expired and has since been released back to the public. You’ll need to re-register it at My Sites > Domains.
