  Hi can you please advise me how to arrange for our subscription to be renewed please, I have only recently taken over the Darwin Athletics club and am not sure what needs to happen.

  Hey Rebecca,

  The website seems to be running on the free plan which means you don’t need to manage any paid subscription.

  But it’s better to check. You can manage your purchases. using this link.

  You can find it by clicking on the Gravatar at the top-right corner and then Manage Purchases.

  Hi there,

  The domain mapping upgrade that used to be on your site expired at the beginning of this month, and have since been removed from the site, so there is nothing to renew.

  We no longer sell domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade, so if you wish to add that upgrade back, please go to My Site ->Plans and add one of our paid plans. Once you’ve done that you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade at My Site ->Domains ->Add.
