Renew A Domain

Hello WordPress Team,
So, apparently my domain had ‘expired’ but I recall renewing it. However, the point is I need to figure out what happened and if it did expire I need to renew it. According to your system it’s been two months since it ‘expired’ so I’m not able to renew on my side. So, I wanted to see if there’s anything you all can do to help me get it back or fix it.

That domain did expire on 5 October, and it is now in redemption with our registrar. The last renewal payment showing in your account was on 12 October 2015, so the domain wasn’t renewed this year:

I see you have your site hosted somewhere else. Renewing your hosting plan with your site host does not renew the domain with us as well.
It should still be possible to get that domain back, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Please let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the process started for you.

No, $80 is the fee charged by our registrar to get the domain out of redemption. Then you still need to renew it. For .me domain with privacy the renewal cost is $33 a year.
