  How do I renew a domain name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns an Upgrade to renew it – is there another account that you might have used to purchase the Upgrade?

  What do you see at Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades? You should see the status of your upgrades there

  @auxclass is correct.

  In order to renew the domain kerrsmithblog.com, you will need to be logged into WordPress.com as the user that owns this Upgrade.

  Then, you can renew it via the Store > My Upgrades section of your Dashboard.

  For some reason it is not there. The domain I want to renew is kerrsmithblog.com. It was purchased through wordpress. I was told by wildwestdomains to contact wordpress. The domain surrounds-kerrsmith.com has already been renewed.

  The domain is not owned by your WordPress.com user account, so you will not see it in the My Upgrades section of your Dashboard.

  Only the WordPress.com user that owns kerrsmithblog.com can renew it.

  Furthermore, the Upgrade is enrolled in Auto Renew, and should be properly processed by 01/20/2014, well before its expiration date.
