renew a domain that already expired

  I am an admin for this page and it recently came to my attention that the domain has expired. The original purchaser no longer does any work on the page, so didn’t pay attention when it said it was expiring. From my investigation, the domain is now in the redemption period, but nowhere can I find any place to renew it. Even going through the original purchaser’s account, there is no option to renew – it just says contact support.
  Is there any way we can renew this domain so we can get it back up and running, or do we have to wait until the redemption period expires and it goes back up for public sale?

  I can help with this, but need to do so via the account that owns the domain. You mentioned earlier you are able to log in as the domain owner. Could you do that and then verify your interest in renewing the domain in this thread?

  Hullo,
  My domain expired and I FORGOT TO RENEW IT!!
  No it’s been FOUR MONTHS(!!!), and I’m just now figuring it out…

  Can I renew? How do I renew? What’s the process? Or do I start over?

  I understand there is a FEE for this…..

  Your domain has been expired long enough that the redemption period is over. The good news is the domain is still available. I’ve removed the subscription from your account so you can repurchase the domain now just like you would a totally new domain. No redemption fee will be required.
