Renew a domaine

When I follow the link from my email to renew an expiring domaine, there’s nothing there. As in no place add information to pay.

Only the owner of the domain name or plan may renew the upgrade. If you don’t see the option to renew listed via Purchases, let the owner of the upgrade know so they can renew it.Hope that helps!

Hi tried it. I can go into past purchases and upcoming charges. All it shows is two Askimet payments from awhile back, says “no upcoming charges”. Weird. I haven’t published a blog yet with the domaine, however would like to renew the domaine for future use.

Hi @lauracook730, even though you’re the domain owner, you’re likely logged into the wrong account. Can you log out, then log in with the email address that received the renewal reminder?

That could be it as I have that addy forwarded to an alternate.

@lauracook730 Got it. It will only offer upgrades if you log into your lauracook730 account, because this account has nothing to renew.
If you log out, then log in as the user that does have things to renew, you’ll find its renewal options here: https://wordpress.com/purchases
