Renew a premium plan

Our organization has had a paid premium plan for two years and the reminder email got caught in the spam folder two months ago and was unseen until just recently. How do I correctly go about getting us back on the same plan and not lose any of our site or features?

Hi there,
I see you were already able to buy a new Premium Plan. It also seems that while your domain was removed from your account, it was never cancelled, so I was able to restore that as well. You should be able to again manage your domain if you go to My Site ->Domains.
