  We need to renew our account – it expires in 2 days, however I cannot update the credit card payment details as it says I am not the ‘owner’ ie. the one who set up the account but I am an admin. Please advise so we can update payment details.

  Unfortunately only the site’s owner can update the payment details.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that another account owns the upgrades on your site, and only that account can renew or make changes to the upgrades.

  If you go to My Sites ->People you’ll be able to see all the admins on your site. That should help you find out which username owns the upgrades on the site, but I can’t give that information in the public forum.
