Renew Akismet monthly

  Hi,

  Good day.

  Vanessa here.

  We received an email that our subscription will automatically renew for Akismet.

  We are trying to renew our Akismet subscription to monthly. I have sent an email to Akismet support 3 days ago but haven’t receive a reply yet.

  Can you please help us out?

  If you’re already in touch with Akismet support you’ll need to wait for them to reply. We don’t have access to Akismet accounts and aren’t able to refund or cancel your subscription via this forum.

  Just to make sure, did you submit a support ticket via this form?
