renew and change method payment for domain

  i have been asked to change and renew my method payment for my domain, but i have already renewed last week for the custom feature.. i wanted to renew it, but i dont find where to do, the page it shows paypal payment method, but i dont know if that is correct, it should say my visa creadit card, not my paypal account, can soemone orient me to make this renewal correctly? i only have one day to do so !
