  I need to renew the domain name beyondbyu.org. I also didn’t receive an email that is had expired

  that’s a “feature” from time to time notices are not sent out – I documented a bug some time back and the staff spent some time tracking down what they said was a significant issue in the programming – I have had notices not be sent out – it is not every account and not every upgrade – a good reason to put a note on the wall about when upgrades are up for renewal

  I have flagged this for staff attention
