  Hi there, my business plan was on auto renew, but it didnt happen this year. Could you please help us to the subscription asap, our students need to use the platform for their learning. Many thanks. Maggie ABC College

  Now that your new plan is active, you can restore the contents of your site from when the previous Business plan was active. To do this, please activate your hosting features—there’s a button for this on the main page of your dashboard. After activating, you can restore a backup of your site: https://wordpress.com/support/restore/#restore-from-a-backup

  Since your previous plan was inactivated on March 22, 2025, I recommend restoring a backup from that day or the previous day to ensure you have the most recent content.
