    Thank you. I wasn’t sure that I’d successfully made the payment, and didn’t want to lose my files, so “just to be sure,” I clicked again. In fact, I then did realise I might be charged twice, and am now pleased you detected in and have returned my inadvertent second payment. I think it was partially you fault, that you didn’t quickly enough or strongly enough notify me that my first payment had gone through, perhaps a bright green flashing signal with appropriate lettering, to nearly instantly assure me that my payment had been made. For purposes of speed, perhaps the first response could be partial, that my intention to pay had been received, and then once again when the credit card payment had actually cleared, and that my subscription was in fact continued. Is such an instant, 2-stage notification possible?

    At any rate, I am relieved that my WordPress account is in fact stirrup & running, and that my inadvertent double payment has been returned!
