"Renew" button in My Upgrades???
-
I’m told by WordPress to contact support if I don’t see a “Renew” button in My Upgrades. I don’t see one. How do I renew?
Also, this AM I purchased the $99 “Go Premium” upgrade, assuming that this was one way to renew, but my site is still not appearing online. I’d like a refund, which I’m also told by WordPress is easily done via the store in my dashboard, but I see no way to do so.
Please advise. Thanks!

To start with, I have refunded WordPress.com Premium. If you decide that you would like to purchase it again in the future, you can easily do so. But I figured it was better to start from scratch at this point.
Regarding your domain:
Hi there,
I reviewed WordPress.com records and I found that sundayfromscratch.com expired 67 days ago on 2013-06-29.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about domain expiration here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.
Please click the following link to pay for the renewal:
https://manualpayments.wordpress.com/?u=8a5a1d8aaa
The total price will be $106, which is $26 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee.
Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so we can begin the recovery process. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded.
If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely. Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again, but if you prefer this option just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide you further instructions.

Hi Josh,
Thanks so much for the refund, explanation, and instructions. I think I will wait until the expiration process has finished & try to purchase the domain again. It sounds like I’m already 68 days into the 80 day window. Thanks!
