"Renew" button missing

My domain registration has expired and I can’t see the “Renew” button.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You need to be logged in as the exact account / user that owns the upgrade
What do you see at
Dashboard >> store >> My Upgrades >> What is the expiration date?
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History >> What you have paid for
Did you have Auto Renew enabled?

You’ll need to log into the domain owner’s account, which is: internationalstorytelling
If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.
Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don’t receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)
