Renew Button Missing – Domain Expired

  Hello,

  I am trying to renew my domain jasonhattrick.com but the renew button is missing and it says the domain expired on June 23rd. Does anybody know where I can go from here? It seems that some functionality is missing from WP to renew a domain.

  You need to be logged in as the exact account / user that bought an upgrade to renew it – however June 23 was far enough back that you will need staff help to renew it.

  Hi jhattrick,

  As auxclass explained, you must be logged into the same WordPress.com account that purchased this upgrade initially in order to renew it. The account jhattrick is not the correct account.

  Since both jhattrick and the other account are listed as Administrators on this account, and since the upgrade is domain mapping, if you’d like, I’d be happy to remove the upgrade from the other account and you can repurchase it (which will have the same effect as renewing, at the same price) on this account.
