Renew button not showing

  I’m trying to renew my upgrades but the renew button is not showing. How can I renew?

  Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and is the Admin of the blog in question? Are you then going here > Store > My Upgrades?

  No a different admin account. Does it have to be the exact same account?

  Yes. The username account that registered the blog is the blog’s owner.

  If required then to transfer the blogs to the new Admin account use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
