renew button not visible
-
Hello – my domain is expiring tomorrow, and the renew now button is not showing. Also, I didn’t receive any email or dashboard notifications. Please help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Your domain is owned by another user account on that blog, user etomami:
https://saskecofarm.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.phpIf that user logs in, they’ll see the renew button. Let me know ASAP if you still have any trouble with this!
-
Thanks! I didn’t realize you could only do it as the one user (which I currently admin as well). I’ve paid for another year – thanks!
But – that doesn’t explain why the email associated with that user account didn’t get an upgrade notice (90, 60, and 30 days prior) as your site says it will.

That user should certainly have gotten an email reminder. If they didn’t, can you ask them to write in?

Hi there,
What email address were you checking? If you log out as oneolivedesign, log in as etomami and then go here, you’ll see the email address the reminders would have gone to:
https://wordpress.com/settings/account/If you didn’t get any emails from us to that account, can you please search the junk/spam folder, also any social tabs?
-
Thanks – this is a case of gmail being unhelpful. They were in the ‘social’ folder. Odd, since other communications from WordPress have gone to the ‘primary’ folder.

Ugh, I’m sorry, that’s annoying. I’m glad you caught it before the domain expired! If you want, you can set up automatic renewal for that domain, so you don’t have to worry about it next year.
