  Hi,

  I just noticed our site didn’t get renewed because we had an old credit card on file. Just changed the card, but can’t seem to find the renewal option. Tried using the email I received but the link won’t work. Can you help me out in renewing our wordpress site?

  Hi karrijo3,

  seedsandwaterblog.com expired on 10th May 2018. It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks afterwards but this is no longer possible due to the length of time that has passed — which is where there is no renew option in your account.

  When a domain is not redeemed or purchased at auction, it is usually returned to the pool of available domain names and can be registered again on a first-come, first-served basis.

  I’m unable to give you an exact timeframe for this so I recommend you keep checking to see whether the domain has become available again from My Sites > Domains > Add.
