Renew domain

I can not work this site. It keeps telling me I’m jillzdealen. I am Jillzdealden. I need to renew my domain. I just got the call 2 days ago and it has been expired since the 2nd of December. I can not even get to my dashboard. Please help me renew this now. Thank you Jill at Jillzdealden.com

Your account does not own a domain. It looks like you have a second username that does own this domain. Do you have access to that account?

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Everything is blank. It will not even let me into MY dashboard. It shows everything is gone. Jillzdealden.com is not there. It says I have no site but all my personal info is there. Im really confused.

The domain Jillzdealden.com is owned by a different WordPress.com username. You can not renew or change anything associated with this domain from your current account (jillzdealen). You need to log out of this account and log in using a different username.
If you do not remember your other username, let me know and I can try to help you regain access another way.

I’m sorry but this is to crazy for me. I know how to get into my site but something changed my name to jillzdealen, now I can not get anywhere. I logged out and it keeps putting me back to the same spot. It says I have no site..
If this does not get taken care of, I will have to let it go and go with another company that makes this easier and you can talk to someone… -

The link you included is for a different account (jillzdealden) than the one you’re currently logged into (jillzdealen).
Are you able to log into WordPress.com using this other username?

yes and no. It will get me to wordpress but then it says I have no domains. I have no name or dashboard.

It looks like you’re still logged in using the account with only one D in the username. Can you log in from the other account and comment here?

I get into Jillzdealden, then it still says my username is jillzdealen. I log out and no other site. I stay in and it says no domain. This is stupid that it has to be this hard. Is there anyone who can just fix this for me? If not, I’m just going to let it go and start all over with another platform company. thank you for your help.

Are you logging in with your email address? I see a password retrieval request on your account jillzdealen, but not on jillzdealden.
