Renew Domain

I am trying to renew my domain but when I click the link to renew it says I have no updates available.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is usually because you are not logged in with the correct account – do you have another account you might have used to buy the upgrade?

auxclass has this exactly right. The domain belongs to one of the other users on your site. If you’d like to get the domain renewed now and sort out which account you want it to be connected to later, you can do that by renewing the domain as a gift.

I’m not sure. What I do know is that when I go to my domains on my account it shows challengetheleaderinside.com. If it is showing this domain would this be the correct account I need to renew the domain under?

Okay just saw the second comment now. Could I have the user, to who the domain belongs, renew the domain but this time under a different email address than the one the domain was originally registered under?
For example, User X owns the domain under email address “X.” User X renews domain under email address “Y”

You can get to this end result but it’s a two step process. First the user has to renew the domain, then we can transfer it to a new email address.
Once the domain has been renewed, have the person who owns the domain now post to this thread confirming that you’d both like to change the owner on the upgrade. I can change the owner of the domain for you once I have confirmation from both parties stating that’s how you want to proceed.
