  Hi,

  I am trying to renew my domain and it keeps saying: ‘This subscription was originally purchased by another user. Please ask the subscription owner to renew the subscription.’ There are only 3 users in this web, and we’ve all tried to. My domain is due to expire tomorrow. Can I get some help?
