renew domain

Hello. My domain expired. When I click on renew now option, it doesn’t take me to a payment option? Also, when logged in to my account, it states that it has expired, however, when I click on renew now – it takes me to the three types of plans, but doesn’t allow me to actually renew it. Please advise. Thank you.

juliebartel.com expired in April of 2015 and is long past the renewal date. However, the good news is that it made it through the domain expiration process without being snatched up by anyone else. So I have removed it from your site and you can register it anew.
Once juliebartel.com is removed, the “domain is expired” overlay will disappear, and you should be able to renew gypsywraps.com normally.

However, the larger issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of those domains
There is another admin account on the site that is the owner of the domains. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew.
