Renew Domain

  I am trying to renew my domain rachaelvanderkooye.com, but I cannot enter my backroom. When I try to do so I get into the backroom of my old blog rvanderkooye.com. What must I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No I cannot, because that is the link of my old blog with domain: rvanderkooye.wordpress.com. My new blog is rachaelvanderkooye.com and I cannot log in. If I log in I come in the back room of my old blog. I want to renew my domain rachaelvanderkooye.com

  I understand now. It’s tied to a different account, so please try resetting your password for any other email addresses you might have used in registering that other account:

  Even though I reset my password I still get into the back room of my old blog (rvanderkooye.wordpress.com), but I need rachaelvanderkooye.com.

  Hello!

  You’ve got two different WordPress.com accounts and the one you’re writing from now is not the one associated with the domain – rachaelvanderkooye.com. Can you sign out of WordPress.com – https://wordpress.com/me > Sign Out – then sign back in to your other account.

  I can’t tell you what the email address or username for the correct account is but it’s not rvanderkooye. Try using one of your other email addresses.
