- Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

Hi @kirstynricker, this domain did indeed expire some time ago. I’ll contact the registrar to see if we can get it back again for you, and will email with the results.

I appreciate your help, but am unsure of what do to next. I purchased the kirstynricker.com renewal (Receipt #19049932) and the email I received said that it would be added back to my account. But it’s nowhere to be found on my Domain page or anywhere else.
When I try to visit http://www.kirstynricker.com, I get this message: “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. “
Do I have to pay $13 to map it, even though I bought it through WordPress?
Any help or instruction you can provide would be much appreciated.

@kirstynricker ahh, sorry. We never heard back from you about the payment. You’ll have access to the domain now.
