  I’m trying to renew my domain and after I click on the ‘renew now’ it takes me back to the home page.

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did domain expîration take place?

  Hi there,

  Were you referring to adaptiveyoganw.com? If so, I see that you were able to renew the domain! I think lied in the fact that it is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from and you must be logged in as the upgrade owner in order to renew it.
