  Hi there Im looking to renew my domain but it’s not giving me the option to do so…

  Hey… I’ve accidentally allowed my domain name caribchic.com to expire.

  Apparently my domain is in its redemption period, and I would love my site to go back live ASAP again. I understand that I need to pay a retrieval fee at this point, and the instructions on my dashboard indicate that I need staff support to actually get the domain name back.

  Please help, it doesnt give me the option to renew on my manage purchases tab!!

  Hi there,

  That domain is indeed in redemption, so the only way to get it back is if I email our registrar to restore it. They charge an $80 fee to do this.

  Additionally, your username is not the owner of the domain, but it was bought by the username zallamby. I will need you to log in and reply here as that username to confirm that you want the domain restored, and that you agree to the redemption fee. I can only start this process if the verified owner of the domain requests it. Thanks.
