  Hello,

  I would like to renew my domain that had expire the redemption period.
  How can I find the way / reference to do that?
  How much time is needed to be online again?

  Hi @supernovia when we try to get the domain decathlonparqueemforma.com, it shows the information:

  Host Not Found

  DNS error (the host name of the page you are looking for does not exist) or Server did not accept the connection.

  Please check that the host name has been spelled correctly.

  I have checked on my account, and did not find the way to get the domain active again.

  I have a lot of urgency, get things ok again. Could you help me please?
