Renew domain

  Hi,

  I would like to renew my domain, greaterdepths.com, however I am having trouble doing it on the website. How can I renew this domain name?

  Hi Chad –

  Thanks for getting in touch. greaterdepths.com was registered by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here.

  Once you login to the correct account, navigate to Manage Purchases, and you should find a red banner with a link to renew the domain.

  I’ve sent an email to the address associated with the correct account. Please let me know if you do not receive that email.
