Renew Domain

    Hi there!

    I need to renew my domain, jasonthescott.com. I am not finding that option under Manage Purchases. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi!

    Are you logged in to the exact same account that was used to purchase the domain? If not, you’ll have to sign in with that account in order to renew it.

    You should also be able to check on the status of the domain under your Manage Purchases section. Do you see that, and if so, what’s the current status?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you only have a mapping upgrade for that domain with us. The domain itself is registered with GoDaddy.com, so you’ll need to contact them to get it renewed.
