renew domain

  hello! when I log in to renew my domain it’s not allowing me… says the domain is taken. But I don’t think that’s the case. Can you please help?

  Hi there,

  Your domain, veldykerealty.com, expired in September and has already been removed from our account. That domain is currently in Redemption with our registrar.

  It should still be possible for me to recover the domain, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to this fee and I can get the process started.

  I’ve emailed both of you with invoices for the redemption fee that’s needed to get the domain back. Please respond to my email as soon as you’ve cleared the fee. Thanks!
