Renew domain

  Hi there,

  I received an email informing me that my domain was about to expire and that I needed to update my credit card info in order for it to renew. I updated my card info and my domain ‘HashtagMedz.com’ has still not renewed.

  Hi there,

  The last renewal reminder we sent out for that domain was on 5 December, which is the day on which it expired. That domain has since been cancelled and removed from your account and is currently in redemption with our registrar.

  It should still be possible to recover it at this point, but our registrar charges us $80 to restore a domain from redemption, so I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the process started.
