  Renew my domain. I am not sure how to make sure it is scheduled for autorenewal.

  You can find information on managing your purchases, and auto-renewals, here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/ All upgrades are setup to be automatically renewed by default, but you want to make sure your card information is up to date to allow the renewal to go through.
