Renew domain

  Hello, I’d like to renew the domain congdoncougarchase.com
  This page is used for an elementary school fundraiser, which is happening right now. A past member is on the account, it’s stating she needs to renew. Can I renew please??

  That domain expired recently and is in the “grace period” for a few more days. After that it goes into redemption and it will take an extra $80 to renew it. However if someone else received the renewal reminder then she is the owner of the domain and the only person who can renew it on the site via “Manage purchases”.

  @myemilia03 it looks like she’s got it renewed now. Since she is a past member, consider asking her to transfer the upgrades to you or your organization:
