My site, due to a move, originally domain through Big Daddy, deleted my account – active for a decade for my disabled daughter with so much irreplaceable history…I can still see on wordpress (TrinaLeigh.com) but the one that comes up is an old one and the new one only comes up on my computer and not when I type in TrinaLeigh.com. DO YOU HAPPEN TO STILL HAVE IT WHERE I CAN RENEW IT WITH YOU AND UPGRADE? Or do we have to start all over. Please help as this site is important to our family. Sandy Harp

I have fought thru the unintuitive and confusing alternative paths to finally get Word Press to accept $18 against my new card and my domain is renewed wi9thn no damage. Thnx.

For future reference, you can renew your upgrades and update your payment methods by going to Personal Settings → Purchases → Active Upgrades here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
