Hi there,
Even if your site is not hosted with us, your domain, inaops.org, is registered with us, so still needs to be renewed via the WordPress.com account that was used to buy it.
That domain belongs to the account, bethinaps, so please log into that account first. Then you’ll be able to renew the domain from the Purchases page.

Unfortunately, I do not have access through this account. The person, according to your records, who can do this no longer works or is associated with our organization and has failed to respond to requests to assist with this important issue. Suggestions?

If I add a credit card to the account, will the domain registration automatically be charged to that and stay current?

Hi there,
The domain is purchased by that other user and they’re the only ones that can renew it. If by any chance you have access to the requirements described in our Account Recovery guide, we might be able to help you access that account and subsequently renew the domain.

I finally have contact with the other user and she will try to help me take care of this but it may not happen until tomorrow. Will our website linked to the domain that expires Jul 26 still remain active during the grace period or is it inactivated until renewal?
