The domain, solidtimbertops.com.au, is not registered with us, but only connected here via a domain mapping upgrade.
That domain mapping upgrade, along with two others and a premium plan on the site, and also the site itself, belong to the account willthewoodage, and only that account can renew it or transfer ownership to another admin on the site. So the only way you can renew the current upgrades is if that person transfers them to you.
Else you’ll need to wait for the expired upgrades to be removed from that account, which should happen in about a week, and then you can buy a new plan and domain mapping from your own account.
We cannot move or remove upgrades from the current owner’s account without their consent under any circumstances.
@majalearnswp, account recovery will not help in this case. The OP clearly stated the upgrades belong to another person. The account recovery process is designed to help someone regain access to an account they already own, but we will never assist someone to gain access to an account they don’t own, even if it’s an admin on the same site.
