  Hi – I want to renew my domain sweetpeascraftcorner.com but I don’t want the business subscription I had, but the create a new site isn’t allowing me to select a new subscription with this domain. Help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do NOT want this domain associated with soapyboxes.wordpress.com – I want to create a NEW site, but I want to use my domain sweetpeascraftcorner.com that I had last year.

  Our records show that sweetpeascraftcorner.com expired on February 17, 2019, and it is currently on-hold.

  Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about domain expiration here:

  However, the good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain at its regular renewal price of $18 and for that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.

  Please note that if in the meantime your domain enters into redemption, then a late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one that we can waive.

  I don’t see an email stating that a payment is requested, but I did receive an email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) with the following paragraph:

  “You can still retain the domain name(s) by processing a renewal through your supplier. Please contact your supplier immediately to renew your domain name(s). Failure to renew will result in the name(s) becoming available for registration through third parties.”

  I registered this domain through WordPress – wouldn’t that make you my supplier?

  I am pleased that the domain may still be recovered, but I have no idea where to provide payment.
