Renew domain

I am trying to renew my domain. The site says that only I can renew the domain. However, I transferred the login credentials for the domain to another username/password at some point, and now I can’t login as myself to renew the domain and my email address is not triggering a password reset.

Hi @kcsattorneys, can you confirm which email address you’ve been checking? It should be the same one that gets renewal reminders.
Please check with others in the office too, if you transferred it to a specific individual.
