Hi there,
An expired domain falls into a grace period for about 10 days to two weeks. During this short window, the domain can be renewed at the regular price.
After the grace period ends, your domain enters the redemption period, the length of which can vary. This means the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost.
Adding this thread to modlook so staff can help you with renewal.

Hi Ross,
townsvillecricket.com expired on 20th February 2019 and is currently in the redemption period — which is why there is no option to renew it through your account.
As @kruttikaphalke mentioned, we can still try to recover it but an $80 redemption fee will be added to the domain cost. I’ve sent a payment request for this amount, to the email address on your Account Settings page.
Please reply here once you’ve paid and I’ll start the recovery process by contacting our domain registrar.
@kruttikaphalke — thanks for tagging this thread. -

Thank you for your payment. I’ve emailed our domain provider to request that they restore the domain. We’ll let you know as soon as they reply – it usually takes around 24 to 48 hours to restore a domain from redemption.
