Renew domain

    I cannot renew the domain name: I enter the extension, then see Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t currently own any domains on WordPress.com. What is the domain you’re trying to renew?

    If you’re speaking of nhadattphcm24h.com, that domain expired on 9 April and has already been removed from our system. That domain is about to enter redemption at our domain provider, at which point there will be a $80 fee to restore it.

    I’m sending you a link via email to pay for the domain’s renewal. As soon as we receive your payment, we can contact our domain provider to ask them to restore the domain. If the domain is not yet in redemption at that point, we should be able to get it back for you. However, if our domain provider replies that the domain is already in redemption you will have to pay the $80 fee as well.
