Hi there, @mailgmenon. The domain you mentioned was registered under a different account than the one you’re contacting us with and it’s connected to the site icseenglishhelp.wordpress.com.
Please log in to the correct account, choose the site I mentioned and go to My Site>Manage>Domains. You’ll see there the domain and will be able to renew it.
Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.

I am contacting you with this account because I am not able to log into the correct account.
When I log in I am getting into
https://icseenglish.help/wp-admin.
However, I am stuck there as I do not find any option to renew the domain.
Please, help. -
This is because you’re redirecting the domain to a site hosted elsewhere, if you log into https://icseenglish.help/wp-admin you’ll see that self-hosted site which is not where the domain is registered.
You will want to log into WordPress.com with your other email address and from My Sites, choose icseenglishhelp.wordpress.com.
