Renew domain

  Hi I´ve got an e-mail that our domain is expiring the 1st of May. We recently paid 300 USD and I thought that was for the domain? What am I missing?

  You might have paid to renew your WordPress.com Business plan but the domain renewal cost is a separate matter.

  The account you’ve used to write to us from here has never made any payments to WordPress.com. That means that you’re upgrade is under a different user account. Can you share the URL of the site that you renewed? With that information we can take a closer look.
