  I paid the invoice on August 10th. It has been 72hrs and my website is still down. Can someone please fix this asap!

  Thanks for following back up with us. I double checked and we’ve not heard back from our domain partner about the redemption. As soon as we have an update our team will restore the domain to your account and let you know about it here in this thread.

  I know that Wild West Domains is the registrar for my domain… you may contact them here: (480) 624-2500. I am on a tight deadline, and I need this resolved before 4PM today. I have paid the fee, and it has been 72hrs. Please fix this!

  We reached out to WWD as soon as you responded to us today saying you paid the invoice. We were not aware that you paid until you posted it in the thread today. We should hear from them soon and at that point, we’ll restore the domain for you immediately.
