Renew Domain

    I am a newly appointed administrator to a domain. How do I renew my given domain, it is set to expire tomorrow.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You need to be logged in as the account that owns the upgrade to renew it or you need to have the owner of the upgrade transfer it to you.

    If you want to do the transfer route – you can have the account that owns the upgrade log-in here and request the transfer – they do need to be very clear on what is transferred from where and to where.

    When that is done flag this for the staff to help you by adding “modlook” to the tags and that will flag this for the staff

    Even though it was transfered to me and I have control of the site, I am not able to upgrade it myself?
